Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Constant Travel (“the Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of Constant Travel, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they are eligible to do so.

3.Promotional Period

3.1 The promotion opens on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 October 2026.

3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Customers who make a qualifying holiday booking with Constant Travel during the promotional period will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.

4.2 A qualifying booking means a confirmed booking made directly with Constant Travel during the promotional period.

4.3 Cancelled, refunded or provisional bookings are not eligible.

4.4 Entrants may also enter the prize draw free of charge by sending their full name, email address and telephone number by post to: Constant Travel, Unit 16a, Royds Hall Rd, Leeds LS12 6AJ

4.6 Postal entries must be received before the closing date.

4.7 One entry per person applies unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

 

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will receive a Spabreaks.com eGift card with a maximum value of £200.

5.2 The eGift card is valid until May 2028.

5.3 The eGift card may be used by the winner to purchase a spa experience through Spabreaks.com, subject to Spabreaks.com’s own terms and conditions.

5.4 No cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

6.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided.

6.4 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

7.1 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the prize draw.

7.2 The winner’s surname and county may be made available upon request in accordance with applicable law.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal information supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed for the administration of the promotion and prize fulfilment.

8.2 Customers who make a booking with Constant Travel may receive marketing communications relating to similar products and services in accordance with applicable UK marketing laws. Customers will have the opportunity to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8.3 Free postal entrants will not receive marketing communications unless they have specifically opted in to receive them.

9. General

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that it reasonably believes have breached these Terms & Conditions.

9.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries.

9.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.

9.4 By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

9.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
