With over 26 years in the travel industry, Andrew’s career started almost by accident! Originally planning to become an air traffic controller, he joined Gold Medal while waiting for the interview process and quickly discovered a passion for travel. Since then, he’s travelled across Asia, America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the Pacific and Africa.

Las Vegas is Andrew’s favourite destination, while the Rocky Mountaineer in Canada is still on his dream-trip list. These days, family cruises are a firm favourite too!

Travel tip: Try something new — the best travel memories often come from unexpected adventures.

Sarah has 24 years’ experience in travel, having worked across sales, foreign exchange, marketing and operations. She joined Constant Travel 10 years ago and has a wealth of knowledge behind the scenes as well as a passion for helping create great holidays.

Italy is Sarah’s favourite destination, with Las Vegas a close second! She specialises in Cyprus, Jamaica, Italy and Las Vegas. She’s also a huge Halloween fan and dreams of visiting New Orleans or Salem at spooky season!

Travel tip: Pack your suitcase standing upright and stack everything — and never forget the holiday snacks!

Helen has over 26 years’ experience in the travel industry, spanning business and luxury leisure travel, tour operations and even running her own travel business. She loves discovering new destinations and has travelled extensively across Europe as well as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Mauritius, Dubai, Bali, Singapore and Mexico.

Western Australia is her favourite long-haul destination, while Croatia and Italy are her European favourites. Her dream destination is the Maldives!

Travel tip: Say yes to the experience, and don't be afraid to veer off the plan!

Natasha is the longest-serving member of the Constant Travel team, having been with us for 13 years. She has worked in travel for 19 years, starting her career as an apprentice with Thomas Cook, and loves creating memorable holidays for her customers.

A passionate family traveller, Natasha has explored everywhere from Lapland and the Caribbean to the Pyramids of Giza and Disney in both Paris and Florida. Cyprus is her specialist destination and a firm favourite.

Travel tip: Always pack an extension lead — particularly when travelling with three children!

Natasha has worked in travel since she was 16 and has spent the last 17 years building her experience as a Travel Specialist. A keen backpacker, she has travelled across every continent except Antarctica and loves getting to know the local culture wherever she goes.

Thailand, Peru and Sri Lanka are among her favourite destinations, and she’s always looking for the next adventure to add to her travel list.

Travel tip: Pack light, embrace the local culture and always leave room for snacks!

Becky has 25 years’ experience in travel and joined Constant Travel in 2019. Her incredible attention to detail means she plays a key role behind the scenes, making sure every part of a booking is carefully looked after.

Kefalonia is Becky’s absolute happy place, thanks to its beautiful surroundings and friendly people. One of her memorable travel stories involves travelling to Reykjavik to see the Northern Lights — only for them to appear eventually much closer to home in Yorkshire!

Travel tip: Take an extension lead so you only need one travel adapter for all your devices.

Liz’s love of travel began over 40 years ago when she headed to Athens as a live-in nanny — a one-year plan that turned into six years in Greece! She went on to work for several tour operators, including Thomas Cook and Kuoni, before joining Constant Travel two years ago in Finance and Administration.

Greece remains Liz’s favourite destination and she tries to visit every year. South Africa, including the Garden Route and a safari, is still high on her dream list.

Travel tip: Split your belongings between suitcases when travelling with someone else — just in case one goes missing!

Maddy has worked in travel for three years. She completed her Travel & Tourism apprenticeship with TUI alongside working full-time, and quickly discovered a real passio

One of Maddy’s favourite travel experiences was a Marella cruise, visiting Lisbon, Gibraltar, Casablanca, Motril, Cádiz and Málaga. Her dream trip is Greek island hopping, as she’s determined to live out her very own Mamma Mia holiday!
